Develop UAV using Java technology for Sri Lanka Air Force

Between the time" Wanni" Mission is going,There was a problem for the SL Army. The problem was they can't see what is going on in enemy areas. Then Army decided to get support from our Air Force.

The option air force have was fantastic. It was a Unmanned Aerial  Vehicle(UAV),it like a small air craft. It is remote control one.Air Force send it in to enemy areas & find out important information  1 or 2 Km away from the Defense line. It was very useful in those operations.

The technological side of UAV there are many more various technologies. One of  them is JAVA Technology. Java used that UAV's to program controlling unit & transfer data to air base. The pilot of UAV monitoring the pathway and control that machine inside base control room.

we can  use that technology to design  & develop UAV's. Our hero's can do   this. They will definitely  trying to develop these things. Using UAV we can see every moments of located areas.

This concept we can use to develop security of our country. And also we can use  UAV helicopters to search the protection of high security areas & find out traffic updates.Additionally java can improve as a fully automated system. So it will easy put security level up in our country.

What is JAVA Tecnology ?

Java is the most dominating programing language in the modern world.

Why I am saying that ? Can you think for a moment about that....?
Because of this,Java programing language became a technology with the high end technological contribution to the world,Such as Satellite Technology, Micro Technology,
Robotics, Mobile Technology.

An example the Mars Exploration Rower Mission  which was capable to send a satellite to Mars, JAVA played the major role. And also Java  Technology became the only provider for palmtop devices,
like PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) and Mobile phones with ultra technical capabilities for future computers.

And also java Technology  was capable to give life to the  Mechanical devices and Robots with Micro programing capability of java.

History of Java

Sun Microsystems released the first public implementation as Java 1.0 in 1995. It promised "Write Once, Run Anywhere" (WORA), providing no-cost run-times on popular platforms. Fairly secure and featuring configurable security, it allowed network- and file-access restrictions. Major web browsers soon incorporated the ability to run Java applets within web pages, and Java quickly became popular. With the advent of Java 2 (released initially as J2SE 1.2 in December 1998–1999), new versions had multiple configurations built for different types of platforms. For example, J2EE targeted enterprise applications and the greatly stripped-down version J2ME for mobile applications (Mobile Java).J2SE designated the Standard Edition. In 2006, for marketing purposes, Sun renamed new J2 versions as Java EE, Java ME, and Java SE, respectively.
In 1997, Sun Microsystems approached the ISO/IEC JTC1 standards body and later the Ecma International to formalize Java, but it soon withdrew from the process. Java remains a de facto standard, controlled through the Java Community Process. At one time, Sun made most of its Java implementations available without charge, despite their proprietary software status. Sun generated revenue from Java through the selling of licenses for specialized products such as the Java Enterprise System. Sun distinguishes between itsSoftware Development Kit (SDK) and Runtime Environment (JRE) (a subset of the SDK); the primary distinction involves the JRE's lack of the compiler, utility programs, and header files.
On November 13, 2006, Sun released much of Java as open source software under the terms of the GNU General Public License (GPL). On May 8, 2007, Sun finished the process, making all of Java's core code available under free software/open-source distribution terms, aside from a small portion of code to which Sun did not hold the copyright.
Sun's vice-president Rich Green has said that Sun's ideal role with regards to Java is as an "evangelist."
Following Oracle Corporation's acquisition of Sun Microsystems in 2009–2010, Oracle has described itself as the "steward of Java technology with a relentless commitment to fostering a community of participation and transparency".
